I~ESOLUTION NO. 1579 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION J~UTHOP~IZII~C~ Tt~E~ CREATION OF A SPECI~AL <br />FUND TO BE KNOV~N AS "WA~FER SUPG~LUS FUND" OF TI~ <br />T~ T0%~E~ OF PI~ASAtJTON, AND DIi~ZCTING CERTAIN <br />EXPEi~DITURES TO ~E CHARGED TO Ai~D ~LADE T~REFROI'~I. <br /> <br /> HE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Pleasanton, <br /> as follows: <br /> <br /> (1) That a special fund is hereby created out of and <br />for moneys of the Town of Pleasanton, to be known as the "Water <br />SurDlus Fund" and that there shall be paid in and credited to <br />said fund, the surplus of receipts from the sale of water by <br />the Town of Pleasanton over disbursements for the upkeep of <br />the water department of the Town of Pleasanton as shown by <br />the town engineer's monthly reports for the period beginning <br />July l, 1935 and ending on ~rch 3~936. <br /> <br /> (2) That all expenditures made by the Town of <br />Pleasanton for the year beginning July l, 1935 and endin~ on <br />June 30, 1936, for curb and gutter work, the Division Street <br />slope wall project and all other work carried on, and/or done <br />in the Town of Pleasanton during said period, as W. P. A. <br />projects or emergency relief works, shall be charged to and <br />paid out of said"Water Surplus Fund". <br /> <br /> Introduced at a regular meeting of the <br />Town of Pleasanton, held on the 2nd day of l~arch, <br /> <br />motion of Councilman <br />by Councilman <br />the following votes: <br /> <br /> Ayes: Councilmen <br /> <br />Amaral <br /> <br />01esen <br /> <br /> Council of the <br /> <br /> 1936, and on <br /> <br /> , seconded <br />, was adopted by <br /> <br />Amaral, Rivolta, 01esen and Orloff. <br /> <br />Noes: Counci.lmen None. <br /> <br />Absent:Councilman <br />AtteSc:"~o~th~e~ <br /> <br /> Madsen <br /> <br />~vn of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
