activities related to the Project Developer's mitigation related responsibilities. <br /> The initial deposit amount shall be determined by the City Engineer. In the <br /> event that the Mitigation Monitoring fund (or other acceptable funding <br /> mechanism) does not adequately cover future costs borne by the City of <br /> Pleasanton, the property owner of the project development site will be <br /> responsible for the City of Pleasanton's costs to review monitoring reports, <br /> contract with peer review consultants, conduct field inspections, attend <br /> meetings, and conduct other monitoring activities related to the Project <br /> Developer's PUD site <br /> Operations Services Division <br /> 85. In locations where the Water Line Easement (WLE) is not located within a drive <br /> aisle, the applicant shall stripe the area so that no vehicles are parked on the <br /> easement. <br /> Building and Safety Division <br /> 86. Building and site plans are to be submitted to the Building and Safety Division on <br /> a computer disk in a format approved by the Chief Building Official. Digitized <br /> information shall be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should <br /> reflect as built site and architectural information as approved by the Chief <br /> Building Official. <br /> 87. The applicants shall submit a pad elevation certification prepared by a <br /> licensed land surveyor or registered civil engineer to the Chief Building <br /> Official, certifying that the pad elevations and building location (setbacks) are <br /> pursuant to the approved plans, prior to receiving a foundation <br /> inspection for the structure.. <br /> 88. The height of the building shall be surveyed and verified as being in <br /> conformance to the approved building height as shown on Exhibit "B" or as <br /> otherwise conditioned. Said verification is the project developer's <br /> responsibility, shall be performed by a licensed land surveyor or civil <br /> engineer, and shall be completed and provided to the Building and Safety <br /> Division before the first framing inspection by the Building and Safety <br /> Division. <br /> Engineering Division <br /> 89. The developer shall submit a written request, along with necessary plots and <br /> descriptions, to the City Engineer for quitclaiming of existing easements that are <br /> in conflict with proposed development. The quitclaim of existing easements will <br /> be subject to review and approval of the City Engineer and the City Council. <br /> 90.. The relocation of Emergency Vehicle Access Easement (EVAE) is approved as <br /> shown on Exhibit B. Proposed changes to the alignment shall be subject to <br /> review and approval of the City Engineer and Fire Marshall.. <br /> 91.
