Developer is the owner of real property located,in the City of Pleasanton,County of <br /> Alameda, State of California, commonly known as 4202 Sttanl y'B. i evard(Parcel 1 of PM 10180), <br /> consisting of approximately 1.9 acres (the"Property" \\ <br /> B. The Developer has received approval or a"Planned Unit Development Plan(PUD-97), <br /> pursuant to Ordinance No 2077, adopted by the City'touncil on Septemberr3,2013;and the <br /> Developer has obtained approval of a vesting tentative niap fora 1.89 acre portion of the Property for a <br /> twelve single family detached residential`development designated as Tract 8159 ("Project"), approved <br /> by the City Planning Commission on November 133,, 2013 byt olution No. PC-2013-48. <br /> C.
