RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ADOPTING THE MID-TERM CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR FISCAL <br /> YEARS 2014-2015 THROUGH 2015-2016 <br /> WHEREAS, the city adopted a 2013-2014 through 2016-2017 Capital Improvement <br /> Program on June 18, 2013; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is beneficial to review the Capital <br /> Improvement Program to refine revenue projections and expenditures; and <br /> WHEREAS, at a public hearing on June 17, 2014, staff presented a report detailing the <br /> recommended Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2014-2015 through <br /> 2016-17. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE.IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> Section t: Adopts the Mid-Term Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal Years 2014- <br /> 2015 through 2016-2017 as presented at the June 17, 2014 City Council meeting. <br /> Section 2: Authorizes expenditures, transfers and expenditures as detailed in the Mid- <br /> Term Capital Improvement Program for Fiscal year 2014-15. <br /> Section 3: Approves the CIP project carryovers as detailed in Attachment E of the Mid- <br /> Term CIP <br /> Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 17, 2014. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 17th day of June, <br /> 2014, by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes:. <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br /> Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br /> APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> Jonathan P.
