® EXHIBIT A <br /> REPORT BY GENERAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MOLLER RANCH <br /> GEOLOGIC HAZARD ABATEMENT DISTRICT <br /> The undersigned, General Manager of the Moller Ranch geologic hazard <br /> abatement district ("CHAD"), has reviewed the report pursuant to Public <br /> Resources Code Section 26651..
