RESOLUTION NO. 14-682 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> DECLARING THE INTENTION TO ORDER IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE <br /> LIGHTING & LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 1993-1 WINDSOR <br /> FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014/15; DECLARING THE INTENTION TO LEVY AND <br /> COLLECT ASSESSMENTS; AND SETTING THE DATE FOR THE PUBLIC <br /> HEARING <br /> WHEREAS, as required by Section 22622 of the California Streets and Highways <br /> Code, the City Council of the City of Pleasanton has described proposed improvements <br /> to be included for the determination of annual assessments levied for Lighting and <br /> Landscape Maintenance District No 1993-1 Windsor, created under the Lighting <br /> Landscape Act of 1972, and ordered the preparation of an Engineer's Report to <br /> determine the annual levy of assessments for such District; and <br /> WHEREAS, as required by Section 22622 of the California Streets and Highways <br /> Code, the Engineer has filed with the City Clerk a Preliminary Engineer's Report for the <br /> Lighting& Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor for Fiscal Year 2014/15. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES.RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. Steve Kirkpatrick, City Engineer, is the person designated by this <br /> Council as the Engineer.of Work for Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. <br /> 1993-1, Windsor, during fiscal year 2014-15. The area of land to be assessed is located <br /> in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda County. <br /> SECTION 2. The City Council intends to levy and collect assessments within <br /> Lighting & Landscape Maintenance District No. 1993-1 Windsor, during fiscal year 2014- <br /> 15. The area of land to be assessed is located in the City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> County. <br /> SECTION 3. The improvements to be made in this assessment district are <br /> generally described as follows: <br /> Maintenance of the masonry walls, trees, shrubbery, groundcover, and irrigation <br /> systems situated on the northeast side of Tapestry Way and Minton Court, Lot A in the <br /> northwest corner of the subdivision and also Lot C in the southwest corner of the <br /> subdivision. <br /> SECTION 4. In accordance with this resolution directing the filing of an annual <br /> report, Steve Kirkpatrick, Engineer of Work, has filed with the City Clerk the report <br /> required by the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972. All interested persons are <br /> referred to that report for a full and detailed description of the improvements, the <br /> boundaries of the assessments upon assessable lots and parcels of land within the <br /> assessment district. <br />
