CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 920 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.0 ACRES OF LAND <br /> LOCATED AT 3851 VINEYARD AVENUE FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTIPLE <br /> RESIDENTIAL, 10 UNITS/ACRE) DISTRICT TO THE RM-1500 (MULTI- <br /> PLE RESIDENTIAL, 29 UNITS/ACRE) DISTRICT(ZONING UNIT MAP <br /> #202) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Rezones approximately 2.0 acres of land located at 3851 <br /> Vineyard Avenue from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential, 10 <br /> units/acre) District to the RM-1500 (Multiple Residential, <br /> 29 units/acre) District, subject to the condition that no build- <br /> ing permits be issued for structures on the property until such <br /> time as there is a connection from Pico Avenue to Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. The~Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April <br /> 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- <br /> ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning <br /> Unit Map No. 202, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated November <br /> 27, 1979,1and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after <br /> the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> <br />Section 4.
