CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 920 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 2.0 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT 3851 VINEYARD AVENUE FROM THE RM-4000 (MULTIPLE RESIDENTIAL, 10 UNITS/ACRE) DISTRICT TO THE RM-1500 (MULTI- PLE RESIDENTIAL, 29 UNITS/ACRE) DISTRICT(ZONING UNIT MAP #202) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 2.0 acres of land located at 3851 Vineyard Avenue from the RM-4000 (Multiple Residential, 10 units/acre) District to the RM-1500 (Multiple Residential, 29 units/acre) District, subject to the condition that no build- ing permits be issued for structures on the property until such time as there is a connection from Pico Avenue to Stanley Boulevard. Section 2. The~Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 202, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated November 27, 1979,1and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on November 27, 1979. ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Pleasanton on December 11, 1979.
