CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 918 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 60 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED SOUTH OF JOHNSON DRIVE AND ABOUT 700 FEET WEST OF HOPYARD ROAD TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT- INDUSTRIAL/COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #201) AND APPROVING DEVELOPMENT PLANS FOR A MOTEL PROPOSED TO BE LOCATED ON THE NORTHWESTERLY APPROXIMATE 8.1 ACRES OF THE SITE THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 60 acres of land located south of Johnson Drive and about 700 feet west of Hopyard Road to the PUD (Planned Unit Development-Industrial/Co~mLercial) District. The area rezoned is more particularly described on Zoning Unit Map No. 201, attached hereto and incorporated herein by refer- ence. Section 2. The Zoning Unit Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 201, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated November 27, 1979. Section 3. The development plan for a motel proposed to be located on the northwesterly approximate 8.1 acres of the site is hereby approved, subject to conditions set forth in Planning Commission Resolution #1811, attached hereto as Exhibit B. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton.
