RESOLUTION No.1555 <br /> <br />WHEREAS; it appears to the City Cottncil of the Town of Pleasant on that <br />certain cler~al ami stenographic work is necessary for the convenience <br />as well as the financial advantage of the TOE of Pleasanton, which <br />said work is not the work of ar~ particular department or town official; <br />NOW TREREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the Clerk of the City Council <br />of the Town of Pleasanton be and he is hereby empowered by the City <br />Council of the Town of Pleasan%on to employ a stenographer until <br />further ordered by this Council, at the sum of Twenty-five Dollars <br />($25.00) per month, for the doing and ~erforming of such clerical <br />and stenographic work as may be necessary to the respective departments <br /> <br />of the Town of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> The adoption of this resolution was moved by Trustee~~J~ <br />and seconded by Trusteed~'~('~ and carried by the following vote: <br /> Ayes -- True,lee s <br /> <br /> Noes--Trustees : f/~,'~Z <br /> Absent-- Trustees :1 <br /> <br />Dated / / <br /> <br /> £ <br /> <br />~ ~ow~of Pleasanton <br /> <br /> <br />
