CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 917 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE PREZONING A ONE-ACRE PARCEL OF LAND LOCATED <br /> AT 3963 STANLEY BOULEVARD TO THE R-1-20,000(SINGLE-FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #200) <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Prezones the parcel of land one-acre in size .located at <br /> 3963 Stanley Boulevard to the R-i-20,000 (Single-Family <br /> Residential) District as more particularly described on <br /> Zoning Unit Map #200 attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> by reference. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Zoning Unit Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April <br /> 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and divid- <br /> ing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning <br /> Unit Map No. 200, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated November <br /> 2 , 1979. <br /> <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen .(15) <br /> days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />Section 4.
