RESOLUTION NUMBER <br /> <br /> Town of Pleasan$on <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TP~E CLERK OF THE TOWN OF <br />PLEASANTON TO APPLY FOR APPROVAL OF CIV~IL WORKS <br />PROJECTS IN BEHALF OF T~m TOWN OF PLEASANTON, <br />AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICER OF THE TOWN OF <br />PLEASANTON TO SUPERVISE THE EXEOUTION OF SAID <br /> PRO~ECTS · <br /> <br /> HE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Pleasamton, <br /> <br />that the Clerk of the Town of Pleasanton be and he is hereby author- <br />ized to apply on behalf of the Town of Pleasanton, for approval of <br />Civil Works Administration projects (under regulations pertaining <br />thereto); and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Superintendent of Streets <br /> <br />of the Town of Pleasanton be and he is hereby designated the officer <br />of t.he Town of Pleasanton who shall supervise the execution of approved <br />Civil Works Administration projects on behalf of the Town of Pleas~ton, <br />and also to act for the Town of Pleasanton with the Civil Works <br />Administration headquarters regarding matters materially affecting <br />such projects or Civil Works Administration projects pending under <br />the jurisdiction of the Town of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Introduced at a special meeting of the Council of the <br /> <br />Town of Pleasanton held on December 14, 1934, and passed by the <br /> <br />following vote: <br /> <br /> NOES: <br /> <br />Councilmen <br /> <br /> Councilmen <br /> <br />Approved this <br /> day of December, 1~.~ <br /> <br /> ~ayor 'o f the <br /> <br /> <br />
