CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 915 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 6 ACRES OF LAND LOCATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PICO AVENUE AND VINEYARD AVENUE FROM THE R-1-6500 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DE- VELOPMENT-RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #198) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones approximately 6 acres of land located southeast of Pico Avenue and Vineyard Avenue from the R-1-6500 Single- Family Residential) District to the PUD (Planned Unit Develop- ment-Residential) District. The area rezoned is more partic- ularly described on Zoning Unit Map No. 198, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Unit Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, of file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 198, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated November 2, 1979. Section 3. The development plan for the project containing 10 single- family lots and 24 condominium units is hereby approved, subject to conditions in Planning Commission Resolution #1809, attached hereto as Exhibit B. Section 4. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 5. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton.
