IN T~ CITY COUNCIL OP THE TO~_TN O? ?LEA~Ai~TON ~TATE 0~ CALIFORNL& RESOLUTION NO. ~ ~-o ~ RESOZUTION DEE~ING RESET OF ELECTION %~EREAS, a genera] municipal election was held and conduct- ed in the Town of Pleasanton, on I~onday, the 9th day of 19~, as required by law, AI~ ?~EAS, it appears that notice of said election was duly ~iven, that voting precincts were proverly e~tablished, that election of'ioers were appointed and election supplies furnished, and that in all respects said election was held and conducted and the votes c~st thereat receivec~ and canvassed, and the ret~ns thereof, ~de, determined and dec.red in time, form and m~ner as required by the general laws of the state providing for and regulating m~icipal elections in cities of the fifth and sixth class~ Ah~ ~VHEREAS, the city counci~ of said Town of P]easanton met at the Council chamber thereof on }donday, the 16th day of April, 1934, to convass the returns of said election and install the newly elected of'ricers'; and whereas the council finds as a result of s~id canvass that the n~ber of votes cast, the names of the oersons voted for, and other matters required by law, to be as hereinafter stated, now therefore it is hereby RESOL~D, determined and decl~ed as follows: That said regular m~icipal election wa~' hold and conducted in the ToE of fleasanton on Londay, the 9th day of AoriR, 19~, in time, fo:'m ~ manror as required by law.
