HESOLUTION NO. /~$ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PPOVIDING FOR THE DEPOSIT AND <br />DISBURSEMENT OF SPECIAL DEPOSITS ~h~DE IR~DER <br />SECTION ll4A OF 0RDINAI~CE NO. 85 OF THE TOWN <br /> OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />The Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton do Resolve as follows: <br /> <br /> B~ IT RESOLVED: That all moneys received by the <br />Town Engineer as a guarantee for the payment for water service <br />pursuant to the provisions of Section ll4A of Ordinance No. 85 <br />of the Town of Pleasanton, shall be deposited with the Town <br />Treasurer and shall be held by him in a special fund to be <br />known as the -Water Department Special Deposit Fund"; and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That .upon the discontinuance <br />of any water service by a water consumer who has made such a <br />sDecial ~eRo~it pursuant to the Rrovisions of the said Section <br />ll4A of urainance No. 85 of the Town of Pleasanton, the Clerk <br />of the Town of Pleasanton and the Chief of Police of the Town <br />of Pleasanton be and they are hereby authorized to draw a warrant <br />upon said Water Department Special Deposit Fund in favor ofsaid <br />consumer for the amount of the deposit made by him, less any <br />amounts owing to the Town of Pleasanton for water service ren- <br />dered to such consumer; and upon receipt of such warrant, the <br />Town Treasurer is hereby authorized to pay to such cons~,m~r <br />out of said ~ater Department Special Deposit Fund the amount <br />of said warrant.
