i~ESOLUT I0N NO. 1491 <br /> <br /> THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE T0%'~ OF PLEAS~TONHEREBYHESOLVES <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> RESOL~rED that in connection with all projects submitted <br />to the Civil Works Administration by the Town of Pleasanton, <br />including all projects heretofore approved and that may here- <br />after be approved by the said Civil Works Administration, <br />the Town of Pleasanton does hereby assume full responsibility <br />and all liability that may arise in connection~erewith and <br />and does hereby relieve and save free and harmless the United <br />States Government and all Departments thereof from andy and <br />all liability arising out of or that may hereafter arise out <br />of, or incidental to anything in any way directly or indirectly <br />connected with or associated with any past, Dresent or future <br />Civil Works Administration projects submitted By said Town of <br />Pleasanton and approved by the Civil Works Administration. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOVED that any and all easements and/or <br />right-of-way necessary for the completion of said projects <br />or any part of parts thereof shall be lr ocured by the Town of <br />Pleasanton and at no cost to the United States Government or <br />any department or departments thereof. <br /> <br />Introduced at a regular meeting of the Council of the <br />Town of Pleasanton held on the 5th day of February, 1934, by <br /> <br />Councilman Madsen , seconded by Councilman Orloff <br /> <br />and passed by the ~ollowing vote: <br /> <br /> A~-ES: COUNCILMEN Madsen, 0rloff, Garatti and Pic!*ard <br /> NOES: COUNCIL~RiN None. <br /> <br /> ABSENT: COUNCILM~N Apperson_.~. ..q ~.1 ~ , ~ <br /> <br />Attest/ /[f f i" · <br /> ~Cierk of the To~ of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> <br />
