RESOLUTION NO. 1477 <br /> <br /> Whereas the ordinances of the Town of 2lsasanton in <br />accordance with the State Law, require that the Town Council <br />of Pleasanton meet on the fourth Monday of September of each <br />year and at that time fix the rate for town taxes, designating <br />the number of cents on each one hundred dollars of as~,es~ed <br />valuation levied for each fund. and must then levy the town <br />taxes upon the taxable property in town. <br /> <br /> Now, ~here~ore, be it resolved by the Town Council of <br />Pleasanton, in session on the evening of September 25, 1933, <br />(that being the fourth Monday in September) do hereby fix and <br />declare the rate for taxes for the various funds of the ~own <br />of Pleasanton for the year 1935-$4, as follows: <br /> <br /> The sum of ninety (90) cents on each one hundred dollars <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property <br />in the Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the general fund~ <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> The sum of three (S) cents on each one hundred dollars <br />of assessed valuation of all taxable property in the Town of <br />Pleasanton, to be placed in the Town Hall Bond redemption fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of nine (9) cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation ef all taxable property in the Town of Pleasan. <br />ton to be placed in the water bond redemption fund; <br /> <br /> The s~n of twenty-four (24) cents on each hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation of all taxable property in th~ Town of <br />Pleasanton, to be placed in the Municioal Improvement <br />Redemption F~nd; <br /> <br /> The sum of Thirty-four (34) cents on each one hundred <br />dollars of assessed valuatio,, of all taxable property in the <br />Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the 1929 Municipal Improvement <br />Bond redemption fund; <br /> <br /> Making a total tax rate for the Town of P~ asanton of <br />One Dollar and sixty cents ($1.60) on each one hundred dollars <br />assessed valuation of all taxable property. <br /> <br />of <br /> <br /> And be it further resolved that the tax collector be and <br />he is hereby empowered and ~rected to collect taxes for the <br />Town of Pleasanton at the rates set forth herein and in <br />the manner andat the ti~eslprovided by law. <br /> <br /> Adopted and passed by the Town Council of the Town of <br />Pleasanton, CaliforniA this ~g£J day of September, 19~5 on <br />motion of Councilman ~,- Seconded by Council- <br />man ~,~ and the following vote: <br /> <br />Noes: ~ .~ <br /> <br /> ~r of ~he TO~ of ~asah~o~ <br /> <br /> <br />
