The terms for the affordable housing proposed by applicant shall be reviewed by <br /> the Housing Commission which shall make a recommendation to the City Council <br /> whether to accept, reject, or modify the terms. As a condition of approval, the City <br /> Council may require that terms of affordability be included in an Affordable <br /> Housing Agreement. <br /> 9. The project shall meet all requirements of the City's Growth Management <br /> Ordinance, as described in a Growth Management Agreement for the project and <br /> the project Development Agreement. <br /> 10. The parking/storing of boats, campers, recreational vehicles, and/or trailers on site <br /> or in any parking space (i.e., carport, garage, or uncovered space) shall be <br /> prohibited. The garages shall not be modified or used for storage in a manner <br /> that would interfere with the ability to park cars within the garage. The applicant/property manager shall be responsible for enforcing <br /> these restrictions, which shall be stated clearly in all leases. <br /> 11. All parking spaces shall be striped. Wheel stops shall be provided for the surface <br /> parking spaces unless the spaces are fronted by concrete curbs, in which case <br /> sufficient areas shall be provided beyond the ends of all parking spaces to <br /> accommodate the overhang of automobiles. <br /> 12. The apartment windows shall be "punched" in from the exterior building wall or <br /> defined by well-designed trims subject to the satisfaction of the Director of <br /> Community Development. Window specifications and typical installation details <br /> shall be included with the plans submitted for issuance of building permits and <br /> shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 13. The carport locations along the westerly property line shall be mutually agreed by <br /> the applicant and the adjoining property owner to the west. The specific locations <br /> and design shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building permit <br /> and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of Community <br /> Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 14. The carport design shall be shown on the plans submitted for issuance of building <br /> permit and shall be subject to the review and approval by the Director of <br /> Community Development prior to issuance of building permits for the project. <br /> 15. A low wall and landscaping shall be provided to help screen parking at the <br /> northwest corner of the site from view along West Las Positas Boulevard.
