Uses <br /> 2. The uses of the various parcels within the project shall be as follows: <br /> a. The LDR-designated portion of the project(Lots 1-19) shall be <br /> subject to the following uses: <br /> (1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) single-family detached housing <br /> (b) household pets <br /> (c) accessory structures and uses <br /> (d) small family day care home <br /> (2) Conditional Uses: <br /> (a) nursing home for not more than six patients <br /> (b) home occupation <br /> (c) large-family day care home <br /> (d) second unit <br /> (3) The above-listed uses shall have the meaning as defined <br /> and/or interpreted for uses in the R-1 districts of the <br /> Pleasanton Municipal Code. Other uses listed in the R-1 <br /> districts of the Pleasanton Municipal Code may be either <br /> permitted or conditionally permitted if the Planning Director <br /> finds that such uses do not conflict with the requirements of <br /> the Vineyard Avenue Corridor Specific Plan. <br /> b. The"designated development areas"of the Chrisman and Berlogar <br /> remainder parcels shall be classified"Hillside Residential"and shall <br /> be subject to the following uses: <br /> (1) All those permitted and conditional uses of the LDR- <br /> designated lots as shown in subsection(a) above. <br /> (2) All those permitted and conditional uses of the"Open Space" <br /> areas as shown in subdivision(c)below when a lot includes <br /> both open space and hillside residential designations. <br /> c. The"Open Space"designation shall apply to all parts of the <br /> Berlogar and Chrisman remainder parcels which are not designated <br /> "Hillside Residential" and shall be subject to the following uses: <br /> (1) Permitted Uses: <br /> (a) livestock grazing <br /> (b) vineyards,orchards, and other row crops <br /> (c) horticulture <br /> (d) the keeping of animals, as follows: <br /> Conditions of Approval,PUD-5.Centex Homes' Apperson Ridge June 5.2001 <br /> Page 2 <br />
