Ensure that concrete/gunite supply trucks or concrete/plaster <br /> operations do not discharge wash water into street, gutters, or <br /> storm drains. <br /> Development Plan Lapsing <br /> 123. This development plan shall be of no further validity and the project <br /> developer shall be required to submit the same or new development plan for <br /> City approval prior to development of the site in the event that the project <br /> developer fails to record a final map within two (2) years of this PUD <br /> Development Plan approval. Portions of the development plan not covered <br /> by a final map within two (2) years will have the development plan lapse as <br /> to that portion of the project. <br /> Use of Joint Well <br /> 124. The Chrismans' use of the joint Brozosky-Chrisman well shall not <br /> generally interfere with the Brozoskys' ability to use the well water for <br /> domestic purposes; the parameters for establishing when the Chrisman use <br /> shall be curtailed shall be established by the Planning Commission at its <br /> review of the tentative map. <br /> 125.
