The <br /> applicants believe that a two lot proposal would be most suitable for the area considering its <br /> hillside setting, and as such, proposed a PUD to create two new home lots instead of the three <br /> new home lots allowed by the VACSP. Custom homes would be constructed on both lots. <br /> The proposed project is summarized below: <br /> a Lot Sizes: Lot 1 (new) — 1.2 acres <br /> Lot 2 (new) — 1.9 acres <br /> Lot 3 (remainder/existing home lot) — 34.3 acres <br /> PUD-84 Planning Commission <br /> Page 4 of 23 <br />
