RESOLU?~0N determinin~ the nature, location and extent <br />.o..,f.,~a Public Improv~w~t ~rooosed to be constructed on portions <br />of Pleasanton Avenue and Rose Avenuel Deftn~ the boundaries <br />of the Distr~t of lands to be assessed to osx £he cost t~ereof~ <br />D~termi~lin~ the Statute under which it is ~roDosed $.O_~cp~d~t <br />the Drooose~ Proceedings, And '_d~rectin~ the Engineer t~ ute- <br />pare a reoort upon said imnrove~. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED: By the Council of the Town of Pleasanton, that in <br />compliance with the provisions of Section 2 of the "Special Assess- <br />merit investigation, limitation, and majority protest Act of 1~$1" <br />of the Legislature of the S~%a of California, this To~n Council <br />hereby determines that the nature, location and extent of the public <br />improvement proposed by this Council to be constructed under laws of <br />the State of Cslifornia that provide for the cost of construction <br />of the improvement to be paid in whole or in part by special assess- <br />ment upon lands, ere as fo]lows, to-wit: <br /> <br /> That portion of Pleasanton Avenue lying Northwest of the <br />center line of Pleasanton Avenue and bounded on the South by the <br />Northerly line of County Road No. 2000, and on the North by the <br />direct production Westerly of the Southerly line of Rose AVenue, as <br />said Rose Avenue exists Easterly of said Pleasanton Avenue~ said <br />improvement to be twelve and five tenths (12.~) feet in v~idth~ that <br />portion of Rose Avenue lying Southwest of the center line of Rose <br />Avenae and bounded on the Southeast by the direct production Southerly <br />of the Westerly line of Pleasanton Avenue~ as said Pleasanton Avenue <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
