i~:esolution NO. 13 g <br /> <br /> V~ereas, Crawford Letham has served the Town of Pleasanton <br /> for twenty-two consecutive years--twelve years as Town Trustee and ten <br /> years as City Clerk, and <br /> <br /> ,Whereas, During those years he has given fully of his time <br /> and experience to ~urther the welfare of the Town of Pleasanton, and <br /> the prosperity and happiness of its citizens, and <br /> <br /> ~hereas, it is due in no small extent ~hat many of the ma- <br /> terial benefits that have accrued to the town of Pleasanton during <br /> his terms of office, have resulted from his a~tivitieS, and <br /> tTherea~, as a trustee and as a clerk he has alawys been <br /> ready to assist the members of the town council in any matter and <br /> has proved hi.self to be a courteous and obliging official, and <br /> ~nerea~, he is at this date retiring from office and is <br /> about to take up unofficial duties, and <br /> <br /> Whereas, it is fitting and proper that public and offi- <br /> cial recognition should be given L~. Letham for his achievemente <br /> and his Labors, now therefore <br /> Be It ~esolved that the To~n Council of Pleasanton, in <br /> ses.~ion on the 18th day of ~pril, 19~, does express its apprecia- <br /> tion to },~.
