CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />- ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 909 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING AN 8.1 ACRE SITE (OWNED BY MICHELLE <br /> MYERS) FROM P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) DISTRICT TO THE <br /> PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DISTRICT AND A 1-ACRE PARCEL <br /> FROM P (PUBLIC AND INSTITUTIONAL) TO 0 (OFFICE) DISTRICT <br /> (OWNED BY DRS. SCHLIES AND CLEMETSON), BOTH PARCELS LOCATED <br /> EAST OF SANTA RITA ROAD APPROXIMATELY 120 FEET NORTH OF MOHR <br /> AVENUE (ZONING UNIT MAP # 194) <br /> <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1. Rezones the 8.1 acre site from P (Public and Institutional) <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) District, re- <br /> serving the northernmost 3.6 acres for C-C (Central Commercial) <br /> uses and the remaining 4.5 acres for 0 (Office) uses, and rezones a <br /> 1-acre parcel from (Public and Institutional) to the O(Office) <br /> District, all located east of Santa Rita Road approximately <br /> 120 feet north of Mohr Avenue. The area rezoned is more par- <br /> ticularly described on Zoning Unit Map 194, attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing <br /> the City into zoning distric~ is hereby amended by Zoning <br /> Unit Map N0. 194, attached hereto as Exhibit A and dated <br /> September 19, 1979. <br /> <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in The Times, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
