WP~EREAS, there is an action pending in the Superior Court of <br />the State of California, in and for the County of Alameda, <br />117830, in which Ernst A. Brommer is plaintiff, and the Town of <br />Pleasanton, <br />sun~ons in <br />and <br /> <br /> ~REAS, said action is one to quiet title to property of the <br />plaintiff lying between St. ~Iary and St. John Streets and includes <br />in part a portion of ttaight Street as laid down and delineated <br />upon that certain map entitled LEap of the Town of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California" filed September 20, 1869, in 1.iber <br />5 of maps at page 35 in the office of the County Recorder of <br />Alameda County, and <br /> <br /> '~{EREAS, by Resolution No. __~, of the Council of the T~ n <br />of Pleasanton, the Town of ~leasanton formally abandoned all claim <br />to said i£aight Street as a public street, <br /> <br /> Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved that the D!ayor and Attorney of <br />the Town of Pleasanton be and they are hereby authorized to <br />enter a disclaimer in said action, on behalf of the Town of <br /> <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> Passed at a meeting of the Council of the Town of Pleasanton <br /> held on June l, 1931, by the following vote. <br /> <br /> a municipal corporation is one of the de~endants, and <br /> <br />said action has been served upon the Town of ?leasanton, <br /> <br /> <br />
