OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0. 2075 <br />WH~ZEi~S: Close Building Supply has completed all work under Contract dated <br />August 29, 194-9, for Improvement of Main Street, Pleasanton, with <br />the exception of placing the specified seal coat; and <br />WHEREAS: Close Building Supply has, by letter dated December 1, 1949, offered <br />to extend a credi±. of X150.00 for elimination of the seal coat; and <br />has, by letter dated December 14, 194.9, agreed that elimination of <br />the seal coat shall not in any way alter the provisions o£ Par. 23, <br />Sec. 5, of the specifications guaranteeing the taor•k; and <br />i°~iHEREAS: John A.
