- " SECTION 1. Council authorizes the City Manager to execute a renewed <br /> cooperative agreement between the City of Pleasanton and the County of Alameda to <br /> participate in the Alameda County HOME Consortium for a period of three years (fiscal <br /> years 2015, 2016, and 2017) for the purposes of securing federal HOME funds and <br /> developing the Consolidated Plan and related documents, and to take all other <br /> necessary actions to carry out the City's participation in the Alameda County HOME <br /> Consortium. <br /> SECTION 2.
