taking into consideration our RHNA surplus for 2014-2022. We are all counting on our elected mayor
and city councilmembers to make sure that our beloved Pleasanton has balanced growth for the future that
maintains our small town feel and does not go beyond the urban growth boundary, and instructs the EPSP
task force to make appropriate changes that: (a) minimize the total number of units and reduces the ratio
of MF to SF units, (b) explore the means to minimize the total infrastructure cost; (c) do not approve any
rezoning of high density residential housing units for 2014-2022 time period when we have a large
surplus.
We appreciate your consideration of the above issues, as these are not just the concerns from our
neighborhood, but are shared with many others across the city. Your actions and vision are essential for
the future of Pleasanton.
Thank you.
Sincerely yours,
Ganping Ju and Feng Nie
Click here to report this email as spam.
3
