• TOWN OF PLEASANTON • <br />RESOLUTION N0. 205 <br />WHEREAS, the Ordinances of the Town of Pleasanton, in accordance with State Law, <br />require that the Town Council of the Town of Pleasanton meet at this time to fix <br />the rate for Town Taxes, designating the amount levied for each fund and must <br />then levy the Taxes upon the Taxsble property in the Town; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the tax rates for the various funds of the Town <br />of Pleasanton for the fiscal gear 1949/50 are hereby fixed as follows: <br />The soul of forty-seven cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the General Fund. <br />The sum of ten cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the Music and Promotion <br />Fund. <br />The sum of seven cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the Library Fund. <br />The sum of six cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the 1910 Bond Fund, <br />The sum of ten cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the 1929 Bond Fund. <br />The sum of sixty cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in <br />the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in the 1948 Bond Fund. <br />Making a total tax rate for the Town of Pleasanton of one <br />dollar and forty cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br />valuation of taxable property, <br />ANll BE IT FURTHER RFSOLVID that in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance <br />No. 202 of the Town of Pleasanton, the Tax Collector of the County of Alameda <br />is hereby authrozed and directed to collect taxes for the Tow of Pleasanton at <br />the rate set forth herein and in the manner and at the time provided by law. <br />Adopted at an adjourned regular meeting of the Council of the Town oY <br />Pleasanton held on August 8, 1949, by the vollowing vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Hansen, Oxsen, Toney, Trimingham <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Councilmen Brenner <br />Approved this Sth day of August, 1949. <br />Clerk of the own of Pleasanton May~of the Town of P1 anton <br />
