,J TOWN OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLUTION N0.2~ <br />WHEREAS: The State Division of Highways has paid to the Town of Pleasanton <br />the sum of X2,400.09 as the Towns allocation of Gas Tax Funds to be <br />used for maintenance of City Streets and this amount is now on <br />deposit with the City Treasurer in the Special Gas Tax Fund and is <br />available to reimUurse the City~s General Fund for expenditures <br />made for street maintenance during the fiscal year 194~iQQ; <br />BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby autho,'ri''zed and <br />directed to transfer :2,400.09 from the Speci_a1 Gas Tax Fund to <br />the General Fund, <br /> <br />Adopted by the following vote at a regular meeting held on August 1, 1949: <br />~~ AYES: Councilmen $1'2NrleY, I~'anser/~, Oxsen , Tney , ~r.,~hahg+-~ <br />r <br />NOES: Councilmen hDr+e <br />ABSENT.: Councilmen hoy 2 <br />"_^ Attest: yvuv~ <br />Clerk of the wn f Pleasanton <br /> <br />
