Our lead staff and key <br /> personnel are well suited to address City needs and are <br /> supported by over 100 professionals with expertise in multiple <br /> disciplines. <br /> As the City of Pleasanton experiences renewed interest and investment in residential and <br /> commercial development, PMC offers cost effective staffing alternatives that provide the City <br /> with flexibility to balance resources to match fluctuating permit activity and to respond to <br /> constituent demands. <br /> 1) Staffing Support—We provide professionals who have experience appropriate to the task <br /> 2) Project Support—As needed,we employ specialized resources(e.g.fiscal,biological,or <br /> design analysis)to support the task <br /> 3) Flexibility—We modify staffing and project support to respond to fluctuating needs. <br /> PMC has provided contract planning staff assistance to several communities in the San <br /> Francisco Bay Area.Our staffing assistance includes staffing at the associate/senior planner <br /> level as well as at the director level for interim periods of time.
