Therefore, no rezoning is needed to allow the proposed <br /> multi-family residential. <br /> Density <br /> The proposed density of 30 dwelling units per acre conforms to the 30 dwelling units per <br /> acre density stipulated by the Standards. <br /> Housing Site Development Standards and Design Guidelines <br /> Exceptions Requested by Applicant <br /> The applicant has revised the project so that it conforms to the most of the Standards.
