III. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
<br /> The proposed development is summarized below:
<br /> Density. The project on the 5.9-acre site would include four residential buildings housing
<br /> 177 apartment units. The density of the project is 30 dwelling units per acre on the 5.9-acre
<br /> project site.
<br /> Site Layout. The site layout for the apartment complex consists of: two U-shaped
<br /> buildings (Building A and Building B) located in the northern portion of the site closer to
<br /> West Last Positas Boulevard; each of the U-shaped buildings has two apartment units in the
<br /> middle over parking; and two rectangular-shaped buildings (Building C and Building D)
<br /> located in the southern portion of the site. Please refer to Figure 1 below.
