ATTACHMENT 4 <br /> THIRD AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANT SERVICES <br /> This Third Amendment to the Agreement for consultant services is entered into this day of <br /> 2014 by the City of Pleasanton("City") and Crowe Horwath, LLP ("Contractor") <br /> Whereas, on March 6, 2012 the City and Contractor entered into a Professional Services <br /> Agreement for services related to analysis of refuse and recycling collection and processing rates <br /> ("Agreement"); and <br /> Whereas, on November 29, 2012 the City and Contractor executed the First Amendment <br /> for services related to providing technical assistance regarding modification to the Refuse <br /> Collection Agreement with Pleasanton Garbage Service, Inc. dated May 16, 1989; and <br /> Whereas, September 17, 2013, the City and Contractor executed the Second Amendment <br /> for services related to analysis of the Pleasanton Garbage Services, Inc. rate application dated <br /> August 5, 2013; and <br /> Whereas,the parties desire to amend the Agreement by adding this Third Amendment; <br /> Now,therefore,the parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The First Amendment is hereby modified to increase the maximum contract <br /> amount from$30,000 to $45,000. <br /> 2.
