The report must be approved by <br /> the local legislative body through a resolution and submitted to the State Department of <br /> Housing and Community Development (HCD) and the Governor's Office of Planning <br /> and Research (OPR) by April 1st each year. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends that the City Council adopt the resolution accompanying this report <br /> that approves the Housing Element Annual Progress Report - 2013, and authorizes <br /> submittal of the report to the HCD and OPR. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> No financial impact. <br /> • <br />
