NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER <br /> THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. The City Council of Pleasanton recommends that Senators Barbara <br /> Boxer and Diane Feinstein and Congressman Swalwell take all actions in support of the <br /> immediate passage of U.S. Senate Bill S. 1789, including, but not limited to endorsing, <br /> co-sponsoring and voting for US. Senate Bill S. 1789. <br /> SECTION 2.
