CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 903 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY 6.1 ACRES OF LAND <br /> OWNED BY HENRY CUPPLES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER <br /> OF HOPYARD ROAD AND 1-580 FROM THE C-F (FREEWAY COMMERCIAL) <br /> DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED 'UNIT DEVELDPM~f-CXlt4ERCIAL) DISTRICT <br /> (ZONING UNIT MAP #191) <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Rezones approximately 6.1 acres of land owned by Henry <br /> Cupples located at the southeast corner of Hopyard Road and 1-580 <br /> from the C'F (Freeway Conmercial) District'to-tHe'-'PUD (Planned Unit Devel- <br /> opment - Conmerciai) District' as shown on Zoning Unit-Map #191, .attached <br /> hereto as-Exhibit A, and establishes permitted and conditiop~l. uses <br /> allowed in future development as set forth in Exhibit B, attached hereto. <br />Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, <br /> 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing <br /> the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning <br /> Unit Map No. 191, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated <br /> September 12, 1979, and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> Section 3. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) <br /> days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general <br /> circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance- shall be effective thirty (30) days after <br /> the date of its final passage and adoption. <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on September 11, 1979. <br /> ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Pleasanton on September 18, 1979, by the following vote: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and <br /> Mayor Brandes <br /> NOES: None 7.~,~-/~ ~~~ <br /> ABSENT: None ' · <br /> <br /> ~ BRANDES JK <br /> Clay~0n E.
