4. Alameda County's Measure B will likely pass this fall. El Charro Road is on the potential project list. There will
be stiff competition for Measure B funds. Having the specific plan be incomplete will provide a great argument
for others to divert Measure B funds to another project. What little chance we have of getting these funds will
be reduced even more by showing that Pleasanton is not serious about planning the EP area.
5. The work that has been done, and the land owner's funds that have been spent, have been meaningful, and the
process is nearly complete. It makes absolutely no sense to halt the process now, unless one is in disagreement
with the idea of developing the EP plan area at all. At which point, halting the process using a lack of RHNA
needs as an excuse seems a bit disingenuous.
Thank you for your continued hard work and consideration of the issues,
Brock Roby
1101 Brock Roby, PE, QSD, LEED AP
MOM Project Manager
BKF4670 Willow Road,Suite 250
Pleasanton,CA 94588
www.bkf.com
ENGINEERS
SURVEYORS (925)396-7718 Work
PLANNERS (925)250-0366 Cell
broby @bkf.com
Confidentiality Notice:This email(including any attachment)is intended only for the individual or entity to which it is addressed and may contain information that is
privileged, confident al and exempt from disclosure under applicable law.
