The existing pine trees are poorly structured and overcrowded; the <br /> London Plane replacement trees have a larger canopy than the pines, will be larger <br /> boxed-sized trees (24-inch box and 36-inch box), and are consistent with the existing <br /> street trees on Santa Rita Road. <br /> Approved.
