1. That at said special municipal bond election the <br />following proposition for incurring bonded indebtedness was sub- <br />mitted to the electors of said City and that the number of votes <br />given in said City for and against said proposition was as <br />follows: <br /> <br />Total Total <br />Vote Vote <br />"YES" "NO" <br /> <br />PROPOSITION A: Shall the Town <br />(Sewage Treat- of Pleasanton incur <br />ment Plant) a bonded indebtedness <br /> in the amottnt of <br />$125,000 for the acquisition, construction <br />and completion of the following municipal <br />improvement, to-wit: Sewage treatment <br />plant, including prima~y and secondary <br />clarifiers, filters, digester, control <br />building, sludge drying beds, evaporation <br />ponds, reconstruction of existing <br />facilities, sewer pipes and pipe lines, <br />pumps, machinery, equipment, lands, <br />easements, and other works, property <br />or structures necessary or convenient <br />for sewage disposal of the Town of <br />Pleasanton? <br /> <br />303 49 <br /> <br /> 2. That the total number of votes cast at said special <br /> <br />municipal bond election was 353 votes. That ~ <br />ballots were spoiled and not counted. <br /> <br /> 3. That by said ordinance calling said special m~,n~cipal <br />bond election the Town of Pleasanton was constituted one election <br />precinct, the boundaries of which should be co-terminous with the <br />boundaries of said City. <br /> <br /> ~. That more than two-thirds of all of the votes cast <br />at said special m,~cipal bond election were in favor of said <br />proposition and authorized the incurring of a bonded debt for the <br />purpose set forth therein, and that said proposition carried. <br /> <br /> <br />
