OWN OF PLEASANTO <br /> <br />Resolution O. ........... <br /> <br />Be It Resolved: WHEREAS, the Ordinances of the Town of Pleasanton, in accord- <br />ance with the State Law, require that the Town Council of the Town of <br />Pleasanton meet on this 10th day of September, 1946. and at this time fix <br />the rate for the Town Taxes, designating the numOer of cents on each one <br />hundred dollars of assessed valuation levied for each fund and must t~en <br />levy the taxes upon the taxable property in the Town; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HESOLVED that the Town Council of Pleasanton, in <br />session on ~he evening of Septem0er 10, 1946, do hereOy fix and declare <br />the rate for taxes for the various funds of the Town of Pleasanton for <br />the fiscal year 1946-47 to be as follows: <br /> <br />The sum of eighty-one cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property <br />in the Town of Pleasanton is to be placed in t~e General ~kmd, <br /> <br /> The sum of six cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br /> valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the Town <br /> of Pleasanton is to 0e placed in the Music and Promotion <br /> <br /> The sum of ten cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br /> valuation ~o be levied against all taxable proper~y in the Town <br /> of Pleasan~on is to be placed in the Library ~md, <br /> <br /> The sum of eight cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br /> valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the Town <br /> of Pleasanton is to be placed in the 1910 ~ond <br /> <br /> The sum of fifteen cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br /> valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the Town <br /> of Fleasanton is to be placed in the 1929 ~ond z~md, <br /> <br /> making a total tax rate for the Town o£ Pleasan~on of one dollar <br /> and twenty cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation <br /> of taxable proper~y, <br /> <br />AND BE IT ~'U~n ~ESOLVED, that the Tax Collector be and he is hereby <br />empowered and directed to collect taxes for the Town of Pleasanton at <br />the rate set forth herein and in ~he manner and at the time provided by <br />law. <br /> <br /> Introduced at ~...~.~.~...~S~l~ .............. meeting of the Council o£ the Town of Pleasan~on <br /> <br />held on .................. ~.fl~.emb~z...10.,....l~., ............................... and passed by the following vote: <br /> <br /> Ayes--- Councilm~n ..... ~.~.,....D.~.~....~aA~.ffA...~a6....~ ~ni~gt~ .................................................... <br /> <br />Noe~ Councilmen ................................................................................................................................................................................................ <br />Absent--Councilmen .... .M....9.~.z...~ ............................................................................................... : ........................................................................ <br /> <br />Approved this ............... ..1...0...~...h.. ......... day of ........ ..S..~l!~...e...m....b..~-.r.. ............. , 19...~.~.., <br /> <br />................................. ........................... ............ <br /> <br /> <br />
