RESOLUTION NO. Iql~. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF SPECIAL <br />OR EXTRA POLICE OFFICERS ES~PLOYED AT PUBLIC DANCES <br />OR ENTERTAINMENTS HELD UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF <br />ORDINANCE NO. 111. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of pleasanton <br />that from and after the adoption of this resolution the compensation <br />to be paid all special or extra police officers employed to maintain <br />peace and furnish police protection at public ~ances or entertain- <br />ments held in the Town of pleasanton under and pursuant to the pro- <br />visions of ordinance No. lll of the Town of pleasanton shall be the <br />sum of SEVEN and 50/100 DOLLARS ($7.50) for each ~=~ <br />or f~I~Z~n~6m~rm~.T that said dance or entertainment shall be open <br />to the public. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that payment for said extra or spe- <br />cial police protection shall be made in advance and accompany ap- <br />plication made to the City Council of the Torn of pleasanton for a <br />permit authorizing such dance or entertainment. <br /> <br />- :o0o :- <br /> <br /> INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the Torn of pleasanton <br />held on the 1st day of July, 1946, by councilman~ ~ , <br />and on motion of Councilman ~ , seconded by COUncil- <br /> <br />man ~ <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmen <br /> <br />was adopted by the following vote: <br /> <br />NOES: Councilmen <br /> <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />MAYOBf'0F TP~E TOWN 0F~PLEASANTON <br /> <br />CLERK O~ '1'~ TOWN OF PLEASANTON. <br /> <br /> <br />
