THE CITY OF r 7 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT <br /> LEASANTON© <br /> February 18, 2014 <br /> Community Development <br /> Planning Division <br /> TITLE: APPEAL OF P13-2028 BY ANIL AND DIVYA REDDY — CONSIDER AN <br /> APPEAL OF A PLANNING COMMISSION DECISION REGARDING A <br /> DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL TO EVALUATE THE CONFORMANCE <br /> OF AN EXISTING SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE LOCATED AT 3737 <br /> WEST RUBY HILL DRIVE IN THE RUBY HILL DEVELOPMENT TO THE <br /> RUBY HILL ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINES <br /> SUMMARY <br /> This is the appeal by Anil and Divya Reddy of the Planning Commission's finding that <br /> their residence as constructed does not comply with the Ruby Hill Architecture Design <br /> Guidelines (RHADG) and the Planning Commission's action to refer the design of the <br /> residence back to the Ruby Hill Architecture Design Committee (RHADC). <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> The Planning Commission found that the applicants' residence as constructed does not <br /> conform to the Ruby Hill Architectural Design Guidelines and referred the design of the <br /> applicants' residence back to the Ruby Hill Architectural Design Committee. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Staff recommends the City Council deny the applicants' appeal and approve the Draft <br /> Resolution subject to Exhibit A, Conditions of Approval. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact to the City. <br />
