To the contrary, the Reddys <br /> deposited a sum of$100,000 with the City. <br /> The Planning Commission's decision, in addition to the material misstatements in the <br /> Staff Report, is in direct contravention of the Agreement and subjects the City to liability. A <br /> Public Records Act Request will flush out the nature of the relationship between the City and the <br /> Ruby Hill Owners' Association—casting doubt on the Planning Commission's fulfillment of its <br /> duty to the City.
