We are concerned that
by waiving in-lieu parking fees we are losing the limited opportunities available to us to build the in-lieu
parking fund. By having the City fund the amount waived for the developer the community will gain a
public amenity and the downtown will still be prepared to meet the parking demands of the present and
the future.
The Pleasanton Downtown Association appreciates your thoughtful review of this very important issue
for our wonderful downtown.
Best Regards,
Laura Olson
Executive Director
Pleasanton Downtown Association
cc:
Nelson Fiahlo, City Manager
Pamela Ott, Economic Development Director
City of Pleasanton Planning Department
Pleasanton Downtown Association
4725 First Street,Suite 200
Pleasanton,CA 94566
www.pleasantondowntown.net
