RESOLUTION N0. 1755 <br /> <br /> Whereas,the ordinances of the Tov,~ of ?leasanton in accordance <br />with the State Law, require that the Town Council of the Town of <br />Pleasanton meet on the second ~onday of September and at that time <br />fix the rate for town taxes, designating the number of cents on each <br />one hundred dollars of assessed valuation levied for each fund and <br />must then levy the town taxes upon the taxable property in to~; <br /> <br /> NOW T~REFORE~ be it resolved by the Town Council in Pleasanton, <br />in session on the evening of September 8, 1941, do hereby fix and <br />declare the r~te for taxes for the various funds of the Town of <br />Pleasant on for the year 1945-4~ as follows: <br /> <br /> The sum of sixty-four cents on each one hundred doll~rs of <br /> <br />assessed valuation to be levied agairst all taxable property in the <br />Town of ~leasa~ton, to be placed in the General Fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of eighteen cents on each one hundred dollars of <br />assessed valuation to be levied against ell taxable property in the <br />Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the Eunicipal Lmprovement Bond <br />Fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of twenty-six cents on each one hundred dollars of <br /> <br />assessed valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the <br />Town of Pleasanton, to be placed in the 19~9 ~unictpal I~provament <br />Bond Fund; <br /> <br /> The sum of six cents on each one hundred dollars of assessed <br />v~luation to be levied against all taxable property in the Tow:~ of <br />Pleas~nton to be placed in the ~sic and ~romotion ~und; <br /> <br /> The sum of six cents on e~ch one hundred dollars of assessed <br />valuation to be levied against all taxable property in the Town of <br />Pleasanton, to be placed in the Library Fund. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
