CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 896 AN ORDINANCE REZONING APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES OF LAND OWNED BY THOMAS K. MCMANUS LOCATED IMMEDIATELYWESTERLY OF THE TERMINUS OF SUTTER GATE AVENUE AND SOUTHERLY OF THE ARROYO MOCHO CANAL FROM THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DIS- TRICT TO THE R-1-7500 (SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT (ZONING UNIT MAP #187) THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezones the parcel of land approximately five acres in size owned by Thomas K. McManus located immediately wester- ly of the terminus of Sutter Gate Avenue and southerly of the Arroyo Mocho Canal from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the R-1-7500 (Single-Family Residential) District, as more particularly described on Zoning Unit Map No. 187, at- tached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton, dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map No. 187, attached hereto as Exhibit A, dated July 19, 1979. Section 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption. Section 4. This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in THE TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, published in the City of Pleasanton.
