EXHIBIT A <br /> Ordinance No. 2086 <br /> CR*(m) CR**(p) CN CC CS CF CA <br /> Tutoring with no more than 20 P P P P P P <br /> students at the facility at any one <br /> time are permitted uses subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The facility shall adhere to <br /> all occupancy, ADA, California <br /> Building Code, and exiting <br /> requirements; <br /> 2. The zoning administrator <br /> finds that adequate parking is <br /> available for the said use. <br /> The standard city noise <br /> ordinance applies <br /> Variety stores P P P P <br /> Vending machine sales and C P <br /> service <br /> Veterinarians' offices and out- C <br /> patient clinics, excluding any <br /> overnight boarding of animals, <br /> and including incidental care <br /> such as bathing and trimming, <br /> provided that all operations are <br /> conducted entirely within a <br /> completely enclosed building <br /> which complies with <br /> specifications for soundproof <br /> construction prescribed by the <br /> chief building official <br /> Veterinarians' offices, out- C P <br /> patient clinics, and small animal <br /> hospitals, including short term <br /> overnight boarding of animals <br /> and incidental care such as <br /> bathing and trimming, provided <br /> that all operations are conducted <br /> entirely within a completely <br /> enclosed building which <br /> complies with specifications for <br /> sound-proof construction <br /> prescribed by the chief building <br /> official <br /> Veterinarians' offices and small C <br /> animal hospitals including <br /> operations not conducted within <br /> an entirely enclosed building, not <br /> 36 <br />
