P13-2458, Downtown Revitalization District In-Lieu Parking Fee Environmental Checklist 2.3 General Plan The General Plan land use designations vary for properties within the Downtown Specific Plan Area. Those properties within the Downtown Revitalization District primarily have General Plan land use designations of Retail/Highway/Service Commercial/Business and Professional Offices with the remaining parcels having a designation of Public and Institutional or Parks and Recreation. Those parcels that are adjacent to the Arroyo del Valle, located at the northern end of the Downtown Revitalization District, have an additional General Plan land use designation of Open Space — Public Health and Safety with Wildland Overlay. Please refer to image 2 below for the land use designations within the Downtown Revitalization District.
