Unreinforced masonry buildings of primary or secondary significance which <br /> are located on property zoned C-C and within the downtown revitalization <br /> district boundaries as shown on the zoning maps on file with the city may be <br /> expanded up to a basic floor area ratio of 200 percent without providing any <br /> additional off-street parking facilities and/or in lieu parking fees if the building <br /> is reinforced to comply with the requirements of Chapter 20.52 of this code. <br />
