PROFESSIONAL <br /> AFFILIATIONS <br /> RELEVANT PROJECT EXPERIENCE American Planning Association <br /> Los Angeles Unified School District, Cienega Elementary School Project. Prepared American Institute of Certified <br /> an EIR for the District's Cienega Elementary School project. The project consisted Planners(AICP) <br /> of demolition of an existing classroom building to allow for the construction of an <br /> amphitheatre on the elementary school campus. Key project issues included <br /> evaluating the historic nature of the classroom building to be demolished, analysis of <br /> the collapsible soils underlying the project site,and the hazards associated with <br /> demolishing an old building on an operational elementary school campus. <br /> City of Eastvale,General Plan EIR. Prepared the EIR for adoption of the City's <br /> first General Plan, Housing Element, and Zoning Code. The EIR was tiered from <br /> the Riverside County General Plan EIR and other environmental work done in the <br /> city. The EIR was certified with only three comments and no public comment. <br /> City of Wildomar, Housing Element Addendum. Prepared an addendum to the <br /> General Plan EIR to accommodate the adoption of addendum in support of the first <br /> Housing Element for the City. <br /> City of Santee,Walmart EIR. Preparing the EIR for the adoption of a conditional <br /> use permit that would allow an expansion of an existing Walmart. The 39,000- <br /> square-foot expansion would allow for the sale of groceries. Issues include noise, <br /> traffic, and biology. <br /> City of Bell. Peer review and coordination of an Initial Study to allow the <br /> construction of a 500,000-square-foot warehouse on an existing industrial site. <br /> Issues included coordination with adjacent cities and Caltrans. The project had a <br /> very short timeline of less than six weeks. The work was completed on time and <br /> under budget. <br />
